Executive Japanese Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Japanese Culinary Director to lead our team of culinary experts specializing in Sushi, Teppanyaki, and other Japanese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and curating authentic Japanese menus, overseeing food purchasing and kitchen supplies, and demonstrating expertise in Japanese culinary techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary qualification, 5-8 years of professional experience in Japanese cuisine, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also possess technical skills in Sushi, Teppanyaki, and other Japanese culinary techniques, as well as proven ability to lead and manage a culinary team effectively.

  • Conceptualize and curate authentic Japanese menus.
  • Oversee and manage food purchases and kitchen supplies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Japanese culinary techniques.
  • Provide strong leadership to the culinary team, fostering a collaborative environment.
