Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Python professional to spearhead the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Python development, experience in leading technical teams, and a passion for building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and performance optimization.
  2. Design, develop, and deploy efficient backend applications that meet scalability and reliability requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  4. Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability through regular code reviews and refactoring.
  5. Conduct thorough research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and reduce technical debt.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional Python development experience, including leadership or team management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Required Skills:
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
      • Experience with database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
      • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
      • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
      • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
