Senior Technical Project Lead (Security Systems)

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead the planning, design, and project management of security and surveillance systems.

The role involves overseeing projects from inception through execution and completion. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and users to ensure projects meet user requirements, are completed safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams in the development of security and surveillance systems.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Evaluating project proposals and recommending approval or rejection.
  • Maintaining effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical and/or Electronic or Computer Engineering, or a relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, planning, and design of security and surveillance systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, assertive, and analytical.
  • Able to work independently and deliver results.
  • A team player capable of handling fast-paced projects.
