Responsibilities
  • Conceptualizing engaging game mechanics and user interfaces that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Developing immersive characters, rules, settings, and narratives for a wide range of genres.
  • Pitching game ideas to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Prototyping new games using various design tools and software.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform design decisions.
  • Creating design and gaming protocols that ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Translating high-level concepts into engaging features, game mechanics, and experiences that captivate users.
  • Measuring the success of features in collaboration with product, growth, and engineering partners.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with technology and openness to changing workflows to meet team needs.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in graphic designing and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent artistic vision and creativity.
  • A passion for video games and storytelling ability.
  • Wide-ranging knowledge of gaming trends and a strong understanding of the gaming landscape.

Graduation and above.
