Job Title

We are seeking an Immigration Specialist to manage UK immigration processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage UK sponsorship licence applications and maintain records.
  • Process and assign Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).
  • Handle various visa applications, including Skilled Worker, Self-sponsorship, and Business Expansion visas.
  • Provide expert guidance on UK immigration requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Expertise in handling UK sponsorship licence applications, Skilled Worker visa, Self-sponsorship visa, and Business Expansion visa processes.
  2. Proven ability to process and manage CoS assignments efficiently.
  3. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  5. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  7. Ability to work independently with reliable internet and home office setup.
  8. Comfortable working in a virtual team environment while maintaining high levels of coordination.
  9. Ability to navigate complex immigration matters and provide clear, actionable advice.
