You will also be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives. Additionally, you will identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to handle issues proactively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and experience in managing projects involving these platforms. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop comprehensive project plans; manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Senior Cloud Project Manager Lead at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally, you should possess:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) are highly preferred.
