Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java and BI Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Business / Quality Assurance / Data Analyst, you will collaborate with our client engagement team to develop and implement strategies that drive business outcomes and meet strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the client engagement team in analyzing, defining, and executing strategies to support strategic goals or initiatives in key business areas.
- Provide Business / QA / Data analysis and Developer support and interpretation of findings.
- Participate as a cooperative team member in projects involving other associates at the firm.
- Utilize exceptional organization and planning skills — you must be highly detail-orientated and analytical.
- Work through barriers and time zones to execution.
- Manage competing priorities and multiple work streams.
- Be intellectually curious and committed to enabling a high-growth company to achieve enduring success.
- Have a strong orientation toward professional development.
- Core responsibilities include performing detailed analysis, documenting business functional and non-functional requirements, and evaluating system impact to ensure the successful delivery and support of corporate applications.
- This role acts as a liaison between the business units and IT and is key to achieving organizational goals and resolving issues using technical solutions.
- Must have proven track record of successfully working as a Lead BA for complex projects and display the ability to lead a BA program and in front of large groups.
- Create and maintain requirements and user stories in JIRA.
- Utilize Power Point, Visio, and prototyping tools for creating UI mockups.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree minimum preferred.
- Able to work remote for a US-based client during night shift.
- Understanding of financial and healthcare issues and operations is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare issues is also a plus.
- Strong ability to manage and analyze data, think strategically, and present effectively.
- Skilled in using common project management methodologies.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient - Oral and written English communication skills.
- Candidate should be based in Lahore.
