Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to lead daily maintenance activities at our power plant or assigned team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
Key responsibilities include planning and managing maintenance routines, ensuring performance targets are met, and monitoring plant condition and equipment compliance with guidelines and policies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal reliability and availability of the plant.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and budgets as instructed by Agreement Manager.
- Negotiate and purchase materials and services for maintenance according to plan.
- Foster good internal and external stakeholder relationships, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Educational Requirement: BE/BSc Electrical degree (Mandatory registration with Pakistan Engineering Council).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, with hands-on experience in Electrical Maintenance of HFO power plants and auxiliaries.
- Prior experience of Wartsila W46 engine is advantageous, along with understanding of workplace safety.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Maintenance Management Tools, e.g. Maximo.
