Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to devise menus and develop innovative dishes that showcase culinary artistry.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless quality control and consistency in all dishes.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and teamwork.

Requirements:
