Axe Throwing Coach

We are seeking a charismatic and experienced individual to join our team of axe throwing coaches. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

• Train guests on proper throwing techniques, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
• Ensure safety protocols and equipment needs are consistently met.
• Facilitate game sessions, including setup, feedback, and scorekeeping.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from guest arrival to departure.
• Support day-to-day operations, including waiver completion, answering questions, and serving food and beverages.
• Represent our brand's passion for axe throwing in a fun and professional manner.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Should be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable speaking in front of groups, and enjoy being around people.
• Should have strong leadership skills and confidence in group settings.
• Should be a team player, promoting community and inclusiveness among guests and staff.
• Should remain calm under pressure, even in challenging situations.
• May have prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, gaming, or coaching/teaching, but it is not required.

In addition to the above requirements, the following must be met:

• Must be able to commute to the job site within driving distance.
• Must be able to lift at least 10kg.
• Must have a full range of motion in arms and hands to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
