Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to oversee the Alternate Pathways program, focusing on expanding skill-building and career opportunities for TCF alumni through non-traditional education channels.

  • Program Development: Develop and implement vocational training programs, online certifications, diplomas, and specialized courses that enhance TCF alumni skills and advance their careers.
  • Partnerships: Establish partnerships with organizations and institutions to design and launch impactful programs that meet the needs and aspirations of TCF alumni.
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide personalized guidance and counseling to support alumni in choosing and pursuing alternate pathways based on their interests, aptitudes, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement vocational training programs, online certifications, diplomas, and specialized courses that enhance TCF alumni skills and advance their careers.
  2. Establish partnerships with organizations and institutions to design and launch impactful programs that meet the needs and aspirations of TCF alumni.
  3. Collaborate with mission-aligned partners to leverage existing resources and create new programs tailored to TCF alumni requirements.
  4. Provide personalized guidance and counseling to support alumni in choosing and pursuing alternate pathways based on their interests, aptitudes, and goals.
  5. Advocate for alternate pathways and conduct outreach activities to highlight their benefits and opportunities to TCF alumni.
  6. Strategize and execute initiatives to grow the alternate pathways programs, aiming to achieve a target of 5,000+ program graduates within the next 3-5 years.
  7. Identify solutions to bridge inequalities in access to technology and infrastructure, ensuring equal opportunities for all alumni to participate in alternate pathways programs.
