As a Sales Specialist for Amazon Creative Projects, you will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships across various platforms. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to provide training and guidance to clients and internal team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other sources
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying clients
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and closing sales
- Hands-on experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide training and guidance to clients and internal team members
