Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule property tours, ensuring seamless client communication.
  • Assist with preparation tasks for property listings, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pull, review, and send property disclosure reports, upholding regulatory compliance.
  • Run and distribute comparable market analysis (comps) reports, providing valuable insights for clients.

Client & Agent Coordination

  • Serve as a key liaison between real estate agents and homebuyers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensure smooth communication and task flow across all active transactions, promoting efficiency and productivity.

Product Development Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the product team to test internal tools and features, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Provide feedback to help refine AI-powered solutions for buyers and agents, enhancing overall user experience.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

You'll start by reviewing your queue of scheduled tours, disclosure packet requests, and client inquiries. Throughout the day, you'll assist in preparing listing documentation, collaborate with agents, and run comps. You'll also spend time testing internal tools, documenting bugs or suggestions, and communicating feedback with the product team. Every day brings variety, autonomy, and meaningful impact.
