Financial Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Expert to manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. This role requires strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliances, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and statutory compliances in India (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax).
  • Hands-on experience in accounting software (QuickBooks, ZOHO, or ERP systems) is required.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation, cash management, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA/M.Com. in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant accounting/finance function.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience handling service exports and offshore accounting.
  • Knowledge of insurance policy negotiations and loss control measures.
