We are seeking a Senior Manager Construction Sales to join our team at JW Vendor City Private Limited. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in our Construction Sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on government tenders and other key areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, leveraging industry connections and market intelligence to drive growth.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, informing business decisions and driving innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry and its dynamics.
