Instructional Design Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Instructional Design Expert to create immersive and impactful digital content for our e-learning platform.

Job Overview:

This role involves designing and developing e-learning materials, interactive courses, and multimedia assets that enhance the learning experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design models and adult learning theory, as well as proficiency in tools like Articulate Rise360 and Canva.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Course Creation & Development: Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360, create engaging graphics and visuals with Canva, optimize course frameworks for effective learning, collaborate with stakeholders to refine content, and ensure quality standards in deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with training teams to align course design with program goals, work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into easy-to-understand learning content, and coordinate with vendors or external partners for multimedia needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to transform technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
