Job Title: Computer Hardware Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Computer Hardware Specialist. This role involves researching and listing computer-related products, maintaining inventory, and finding vendors for these products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Research and Listing: Conduct thorough research on laptops, computers, servers, and accessories to keep our product category updated.
  2. Maintaining Inventory: List all computing-related products on our website and ensure that the inventory is up-to-date.
  3. Finding Vendors: Find local and international vendors for computer/laptop-related products and maintain healthy business relationships with them.
  4. Customer Support: Coordinate and assist customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, including quoting prices that fit their budget.
  5. Product Introduction: Introduce new products on our website as soon as they launch in various markets.
  6. Price Management: Update prices of products daily from local/international vendors and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.
  7. Vendor Management: Introduce new vendors, locally and internationally, and coordinate with the Purchase department regarding daily purchases.
  8. Quality Control: Check products for quality before shipping to customers.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware/software-related errors, and ability to assemble/disassemble computer hardware.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, ability to understand customers' needs, and provide information accordingly.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree.
  • Work Hours and Days: 10 hours (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) Monday to Saturday.
