Job Title: Digital Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our digital presence and community engagement strategies. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing social media campaigns, SEO initiatives, and paid advertising efforts to increase website traffic and membership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing or business leadership, with experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholder groups. Strong communication and customer relation skills are essential, as well as the ability to write creatively and compellingly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

The Digital Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including:

-Creating and curating engaging content across various platforms.

-Managing social media relations with influencers, celebrities, and brand alliance partners.

-Identifying target customers and tailoring engagement to grow communities.

 

Digital Marketing

The Digital Lead will lead and coordinate the production and delivery of media-rich content, including:

-Videos, blogs, images, and rich media ads.

-Collaborating with the E-Commerce team and software development partners to improve digital presence technologically.

 

Team Management

The Digital Lead will manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of digital initiatives.

This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of creative and technical skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.

Requirements include:

-Masters in marketing or business-related field.

-4-5 years of experience in a similar role.

-Ability to write creatively and clearly.

-Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
