We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our core AI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement RAG-based solutions to enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources

  2. Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for specific use cases and domain adaptation

  3. Create robust evaluation frameworks for measuring and improving model performance

  4. Build and maintain agentic workflows for autonomous AI systems

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement AI solutions

  • Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field

  2. 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI engineering

  3. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

  4. Practical experience with LLM deployments and fine-tuning

  5. Experience with vector databases and embedding models

  6. Familiarity with modern AI/ML infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  7. Strong understanding of RAG architectures and implementation

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with popular LLM frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Transformers)

  2. Knowledge of prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques

  3. Experience with containerization and microservices architecture

  4. Background in NLP and deep learning

  5. Background in Reinforcement Learning

  6. Contributions to open-source AI projects

  7. Experience with ML ops and model deployment pipelines

  • Skills and Competencies:

  2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  3. Experience with agile development methodologies

  4. Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities

  5. Strong focus on code quality and best practices
