About the Role:

This Receptionist role plays a critical part in providing an exceptional patient experience at our hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, setting the tone for their entire visit.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors to the hospital, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Respond to phone calls and direct them to the relevant department or staff member promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle patient inquiries and schedule appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date records to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
