Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring seamless integration with our organization's hiring strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully comprehend their requirements and develop effective solutions to meet these needs.
- Design and implement a comprehensive hiring strategy aimed at attracting diverse, highly qualified candidates.
- Develop innovative approaches to recruit both technical and non-technical talent through social media, job portals, job fairs, referrals, and headhunting.
- Bolster the candidate pipeline by executing strategies such as employer branding, actively engaging potential candidates, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
- Evaluate applicants' qualifications through in-depth interviews, meticulous analysis of responses, verification of references, technical competency assessments, and thorough comparisons with job specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
- Promptly update recruitment data within our internal database to ensure accurate tracking and efficient management.
- Swiftly fill vacancies and provide timely updates to hiring managers on successful candidate onboarding.
- Maintain updated employee records within the internal database.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruiting non-technical and technical roles is considered an asset.
- A degree in HR, Business, or MIS is required.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
