Job Overview

We need an experienced cloud infrastructure engineer based in India to support a major enterprise cloud and data modernization initiative. The successful candidate will design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure for modern data services, including a Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure components: Virtual Networks, Subnets, Network Security Groups, Private Endpoints
  • Implement Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Cloud Monitor, Log Analytics
  • Set up secure connectivity with on-premise environments (VPN, ExpressRoute)
  • Support cloud services such as Azure SQL Database, Cloud Data Factory, Synapse Analytics
  • Enforce security policies and access controls using Cloud RBAC, Entra ID, and Cloud Policy
  • Implement backup, monitoring, and alerting solutions
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
  • Document infrastructure designs and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years focused on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong expertise in cloud networking, security, and core services
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
  • Experience implementing enterprise-grade security, identity, and monitoring solutions in the cloud
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Cloud Administrator Associate or Cloud Solutions Architect Expert
  • Experience supporting data and integration platforms (e.g., Cloud Data Factory, Synapse)
  • Exposure to governance and MDM initiatives (MDM experience is a plus)
