Job Title: Director of Quality Enhancement

At our esteemed institution, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on the role of Director of Quality Enhancement. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our academic programs meet the highest standards of quality.

  1. Supporting Quality Standards:

    You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of quality standards across all our academic programs, including teacher evaluation, course assessment, and faculty satisfaction surveys.

  2. Conducting Surveys:

    As part of your duties, you will conduct comprehensive entry, mid-point, and exit surveys to gauge student experiences and outcomes.

  3. Facilitating Audits:

    You will facilitate internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

  4. Reporting and Communication:

    You will prepare and present analytical reports to both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.

  5. Data Collection:

    In collaboration with faculty members and program administrators, you will collect data related to HEC and institutional assessments, informing strategic decision-making.

  6. Raising Awareness:

    You will raise awareness among students, staff, and faculty regarding quality enhancement initiatives and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  7. Policymaking:

    You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies governing quality matters, ensuring strict compliance.

  8. Committee Work:

    You will participate in standing or ad-hoc committees as assigned, undertaking specific tasks and projects related to quality assurance.

  9. QEC Support:

    As part of your responsibilities, you will assist QEC management in implementing HEC guidelines on quality assurance periodically.

  10. Additional Duties:

    You may be required to perform additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager or Assistant Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in higher education
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English
