Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role in providing technical support and guidance to our users.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all IT systems and applications are functioning correctly and efficiently, and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to quickly identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Liaise with users to understand their technical needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new systems and applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications, and develop user documentation and guides as needed.
  • Administer and maintain a range of IT systems, including network administration, database management, and software deployment.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of system performance, user activity, and technical issues, and provide regular reports to management.
Job Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with software development, network administration, and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficient in a range of programming languages, including Java, C#, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
