  • Work collaboratively with Technology Teams to identify and implement efficient solutions for project tasks.
  • Own the planning, development, and project execution of GTRF projects.
  • Use various approaches to estimate timescales, effort, and costs for production efforts.
  • Define business acceptance criteria and obtain sign-off prior to go-live.
  • Implement a structured approach for production defect management and incident reporting.
  • Utilize appropriate testing tools and services where applicable.
  • Manage escalations from initiation to closure.
  • Develop corrective action plans to meet client expectations.
  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering their business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management within IT and Business.
  • Quantify and translate progress, issues, and risks into meaningful metrics.
  • Monitor, drive, and report testing progress through test metrics; keep project stakeholders informed of test progress, issues, and risks.
