Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience and a proven track record in creating engaging, high-performing email campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of increasing open rates, click-through rates (CTR), driving sales and cross-selling opportunities, elevating customer lifetime value (CLTV), and enhancing brand awareness through thoughtful, data-driven email communications.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing metrics, analytics, and best practices. They will also be skilled in writing persuasive copy and have excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

In this role, you will work closely with the design and content teams to ensure emails align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. You will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through targeted email strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Write compelling and engaging email content that drives conversions and enhances brand engagement.
  • Segment and target audiences effectively to personalize messaging and maximize email performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies that increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure emails align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through targeted email strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-performing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, persuasive content.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing metrics, analytics, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or HubSpot).
  • Experience with audience segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
