  • They will collaborate with technical implementation teams to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
">About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, coordinators, or patients.

  • You will review third-party applications and end-to-end workflows up to delivery channels to ensure day-to-day operations are being performed smoothly.
  • Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc testing on urgent customer-reported issues to identify root causes and mitigate impact on healthcare operations and patient care.
  • The ideal candidate will document and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate potential quality concerns.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • You should have 1-3 years of software testing and QA experience.
  • Prior experience in Cypress/Selenium framework is a plus.
  • You must possess great communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and STLC methodologies is essential.
