Dental Support Specialist

The role of a Dental Assistant in an outpatient services setting is to provide high-quality patient care while ensuring a clean and safe environment. This includes providing safe, competent, and quality care to patients visiting dental clinics, maintaining cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment/instruments, and facilitating clients for follow-up appointments/payments post-consultation/procedures.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate instructions to the patients. They will also have good knowledge of infection control protocols in dental operatories and proper functioning of all dental operatories in coordination with the concerned.
Key responsibilities include taking, exposing, and mounting high-quality dental radiographs, ensuring appropriate supply of equipment and materials, and actively participating in imparting education to patients and their family.
Requirements for the position include at least Intermediate, preference given to those with Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Dental Technician or any other related discipline. Additionally, one year of related work experience is required.
