Swimming Teacher

About the Role

The Swimming Instructor is a critical member of our Faculty team, responsible for delivering exceptional swim lessons to students of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instruct and evaluate students in swimming lessons, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
2. Maintain accurate records, including report cards, skills sheets, and attendance information, and submit them on time.
3. Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
4. Ensure patron safety in emergency situations, acting swiftly and effectively.
5. Exhibit a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service at all times.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. An intermediate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching swimming to children and adults.
3. Expertise in various swimming styles and their instruction methods.
