We're seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Modern Workplace Solution Expert with expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough client environment assessments and health checks to identify areas for improvement
  2. Collaborate with the team to develop technical design documents that meet project requirements
  3. Implement technical configurations as per the approved technical design documents
  4. Configure Windows servers, including AD domain controllers, Exchange Server, and Azure AD Connect, to ensure seamless integration
  5. Migrate client environments using migration tools and provide regular progress reports
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft data center technologies, including Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune/Autopilot/EMS, and Windows Servers
  7. Strong experience with Azure Active Directory and Windows Server is essential
  8. Migrate file servers to OneDrive for Business/SharePoint Online using Microsoft or other migration tools
  9. Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security stack, particularly Intune, is preferred. Experience with Exchange Hybrid deployment & migrations, on-premises Exchange server family, and Exchange server deployments in co-existence, hybrid, and upgrade mode is also beneficial.
