Job Overview

This is a 6-month contractual remote position that offers flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), streamlining business processes and enhancing productivity, and driving business outcomes, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Create Canvas and Model-driven apps to meet business requirements and drive operational excellence, leveraging your expertise in app development and data analysis, and improving decision-making.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integration, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing errors, and driving business success, and improving workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources for secure and scalable data management, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance with industry standards, and ensuring data security, and protecting sensitive information.
  • Integrate Power Apps with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure SQL, Blob Storage) to create robust and scalable solutions, optimizing performance and reducing costs, and driving business growth, and expanding market reach.
  • E nsure security, compliance, and governance in Power Platform solutions, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and ensuring data privacy, and protecting customer data.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience (UX/UI best practices), prioritizing user satisfaction and engagement, and driving business outcomes, and improving user adoption, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing, and driving project success, and achieving business objectives, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing Power Platform applications, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and minimizing downtime, and improving application stability, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including hands-on experience with development tools and methodologies, and a strong understanding of app development principles, and data analysis techniques, and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with Canvas and Model-driven apps, as well as proficiency in Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources, enabling efficient data management and analysis, and driving business decisions, and informing strategic planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Blob Storage, etc.), including REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication, and a solid understanding of cloud computing principles, and scalability, and high availability.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Teams integration, enabling seamless collaboration and communication, and driving business outcomes, and improving team productivity, and enhancing collaboration.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD for Power Platform), ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement, and driving business success, and achieving business objectives, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with business and technical teams, facilitating effective knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement, and driving project success, and building strong relationships, and fostering a positive work culture.
