Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Provide expert solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure project alignment and track progress.
  • Identify functional gaps in the HCM product and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
