Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust web-based applications utilizing the .NET Framework, leveraging expertise in object-oriented development methodologies.
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of web-based applications and systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Perform daily maintenance on our .NET product, incorporating the latest technology advancements to ensure optimal performance.
Required Expertise
  • Possess 5+ years of overall development experience with a strong background in object-oriented programming principles.
  • Demonstrate senior-level proficiency in web development and database programming using ASP.NET and MS SQL Server 2005.
  • Showcase 3-4+ years of experience designing and developing complex web applications using HTML, DHTML, ASP.NET, VB.NET, AJAX 1.0, Visual Studio, and SQL Server 2005.
  • Have a solid understanding of .NET Framework 2.0 & 3.5, including XML, XSLT, XPath, and LINQ.
  • Possess experience with XML Web services, GDI+, and Association Management Software.
Teamwork and Communication
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with on-site and offshore development teams.
  • Display analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to supplement basic job requirements.
  • Exhibit result-oriented and self-motivated behavior, with strong interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will spend approximately 40% of their time working collaboratively within a team and 60% of their time focused on individual tasks, driving innovation and results.
