Telecom Call Centre Team Lead

The Telecom Call Centre Operations Manager will oversee a team, drive performance, and scale operations in the US market.
This role requires leadership skills to lead a team, drive performance, and help scale operations in the US market. The manager must have strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. They should also have a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale call center operations. They should have a proven track record of success in leading U.S. sales campaigns, especially in telecom/internet/cable services. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of call center KPIs, WFM, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, the candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. They should be able to hire, train, and motivate large teams to exceed performance goals. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
