Plant Operations Director

The Plant Operations and Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. This includes establishing policies and procedures, meeting production goals, and fostering a positive community relationship.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Coordination: Direct and coordinate plant operations within established guidelines and standards.
- Plant Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the plant.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and direct plant policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Production Goals: Oversee and achieve plant production goals in accordance with set objectives.
- Community Relations: Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the local community through effective communication and collaboration.
- Staff Development: Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through regular training and performance evaluations.
- Departmental Coordination: Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of activities and optimize plant efficiency.
- Shift Scheduling: Establish shift production schedules to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Selection and Training: Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff to ensure effective operations.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular employee performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Meetings and Communications: Schedule and conduct plant meetings to communicate key information and updates to staff.
- Quality Control: Oversee product quality control for the plant to ensure compliance with set standards.
