Job Overview

East Coast 3PL and Dropshipping is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee dropshipping and 3PL operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory levels, and seamless delivery.
  2. Logistics Management: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize costs.
  3. Inventory Replenishment: Manage stock levels to prevent stockouts and backorders.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Warehouse Efficiency: Implement strategies to improve warehouse layout, automation technologies, and workflows.
  6. Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
  7. Industry Updates: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in e-commerce logistics.
  8. Reporting and Communication: Provide timely and accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders.
  9. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues or concerns.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, preferably within the East Coast region.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
