We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to execute results-driven cold email campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cold email campaigns, lead data extraction using Apollo, and workflow automation in HubSpot CRM.

Required Skills:
  • Lead Data Extraction: Experience with Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools is essential.
  • Cold Email Campaigns: A strong understanding of cold email campaign strategies and alignment with lead generation and sales goals is necessary.
  • HubSpot Lead Workflows: Setting up and managing lead data workflows using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute cold email campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Use data tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, or similar platforms for targeted lead extraction.
  • Design and implement automated lead workflows within HubSpot.
  • Perform audience segmentation and email sequences to boost engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
  • A/B test subject lines, email content, and sending schedules for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design) to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Ensure compliance with global email regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
