Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth across the Dynamics 365 CRM suite and experience mentoring or leading a small team of consultants. The role involves designing and developing custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Portal, Power Automate).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
  • Lead small technical teams on assigned projects, providing guidance and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Perform data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, and solution architecture.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Custom APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading small technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
