We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to lead our national-level branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the cosmetics industry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in national-level branding and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the brand at the national level.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market performance, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and manage branding campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the cosmetics industry.
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of success in national-level branding and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to develop and execute innovative branding campaigns.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
