This position requires an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in developing, implementing, and consulting on ERP solutions. As an ERP Senior Development Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the development of key features, ensuring scalability, and providing technical guidance to resolve complex challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Expertise in database management using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes and ERP functionalities.
  • Experience managing development teams and delivering large projects.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Define architecture, technology stack, and development roadmap for ERP/Accounting software.
  • Lead development of key features such as accounting, inventory, payroll, CRM, and reporting modules.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, modular, and adaptable for future enhancements.
  1. Software Development:
  • Oversee full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with the product team.
  • Develop core functionalities like double-entry accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, reconciliation.
  • Implement mobile-responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  1. Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve complex challenges.
  1. Domain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of accounting processes and ERP functionalities (AR/AP, GL, payroll, inventory, CRM).
  • Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems like QuickBooks.
  1. Leadership Skills:
  • Proven experience managing development teams and delivering large projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and prioritize effectively.
