Delivery Lead Job

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to oversee our technical team and drive project success. As the lead, you will have experience as a Senior PHP Stack Developer and must be able to analyze briefs, identify risks, and develop work schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Client Communication
  • Complete Understanding of project/Task
  • Create Estimates/Timelines with Team Lead
  • Interviewing and hiring technical personnel
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

Requirements:

For this role, we require at least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Lead and at least 4 years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are also essential.
