Marketing Strategy Lead

This role is part of the Marketing Department within Commercial Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, developing forecasts, and preparing presentations in liaison with the Head of Marketing and President Consumer Division.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Management or Finance, with preferred professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA. Experience in Telco and Finance, along with international exposure, would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Devise tactical objectives to support budgetary ambitions and establish controls for managing expenses.
  • Develop marketing plans and work with various departments to ensure implementation and tracking of progress.
  • Prepare required materials for OpCo board meetings through coordination with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with FP&A teams during forecasting cycles to lock revenue-related KPIs and achievement strategy.
  • Develop a marketing performance scorecard considering the overall business plan and strategy, creating actionable insights for adjusting course to meet targets.

The candidate will also support digital transformation of core telecom business and develop business cases for incubation/acquisition of new digital ventures.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Management or Finance.
  • Preferred professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA.
  • Experience in Telco and Finance, with international exposure.
  • 5-6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management and understanding of Marketing Spend and its related ROIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent grip on MS-office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
