Hiring a skilled HSEQ professional is crucial for any organization.

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Trainer to join our team.

As an HSEQ Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in HSEQ domain. This includes management of documentation related to training, assessment and evaluation of in-house/public trainings, and managing the consultation process for students & giving appropriate advice on HSEQ training.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to design and implement effective HSEQ training strategies.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality training content
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of training sessions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong time management skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Quality Management, Health & Safety or equivalent experience is required.

You should have at least 3 years of industrial experience in the HSEQ domain, with significant experience in the HSEQ training arena.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. You should be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
