Senior Business Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience in commercial audit operations. The successful candidate will lead field audits across Pakistan, collaborating with regional teams and stakeholders to drive compliance and improve business outcomes.
- The incumbent will oversee commercial audit activities, supervise regional teams, and liaise with Compliance, Trade & Distribution, and Sales teams to review their activities.
- The Commercial Audit Leader will collaborate with distributors and review Getz Pharma operations, escalating audit findings to senior management with recommended action plans.
- They will present commercial audit reports to internal audit & compliance on a periodic basis, conduct field audits including inquiries and investigations related to inter-territory sales, fake sales, etc.
- The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA or related disciplines.
- 8-16 years of relevant work experience in distribution, preferably pharmaceuticals.
- Ideal location: Lahore or Islamabad.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and promotional practices.
- Positive relationships with distributors and customer base of the pharmaceutical industry, and good team management skills.
