Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production professional to oversee textile production operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource utilization.
  • Evaluate project requirements and estimate timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate with clients and management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Determine quality control standards to guarantee exceptional product quality.
  • Re-evaluate and adjust production schedules as necessary to respond to changing demands.
  • Select, purchase, and manage materials in accordance with production needs.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with buyers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Arrange training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge among team members.
