About the Job:

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Revit Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Documentation: Create detailed architectural, interior, and construction drawings using Revit.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the design team to integrate design concepts into comprehensive construction documents.
  • Quality Control: Review and double-check all drawings for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Project Support: Assist in preparing square footage calculations, zoning analysis, and material specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Revit with 5+ years of hands-on drafting experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with US building codes and company standards.
