Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory management systems, reducing waste and optimizing cost control.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Design and deliver tailored training programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge to meet evolving business needs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging innovation and creativity among team members.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, achieving targeted revenue and profitability goals.
    • Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Business Growth and Development
    • Develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and expansion through innovative marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Additional Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and operational excellence, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
