About the Role
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inbound calls and emails, and delivering accurate and concise information to resolve their queries.
  • You will also handle track & trace requests, resolve queries promptly, and generate quotes as needed to support client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: You will communicate clearly and concisely with clients, responding to their queries in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: You will build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and following up on outstanding matters.
  • Quote Generation: You will generate quotes as needed to support client inquiries, using your knowledge of our products and services.
