This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a customer service advisor, where you will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience to our clients. As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing support through various channels, solving queries with confidence, and building lasting relationships.
About the Role- You will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inbound calls and emails, and delivering accurate and concise information to resolve their queries.
- You will also handle track & trace requests, resolve queries promptly, and generate quotes as needed to support client inquiries.
- Client Communication: You will communicate clearly and concisely with clients, responding to their queries in a timely manner.
- Relationship Management: You will build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and following up on outstanding matters.
- Quote Generation: You will generate quotes as needed to support client inquiries, using your knowledge of our products and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- A professional, empathetic, and collaborative attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
