Trainee Mechatronics Engineer

This is an entry-level position for a Trainee Mechatronics Engineer who will work in a high-paced, hands-on environment.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Mechatronics Engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience across embedded systems, automation, and ecommerce technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, prototyping, and testing of embedded and mechatronic systems.
  • Work with electronics hardware, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, STM32), sensors, and actuators.
  • Contribute to PLC and HMI programming for industrial automation projects.
  • Assist with Python-based software development and system control.
  • Collaborate on internal tools and customer-facing systems — ecommerce experience is a bonus.
  • Prepare and manage clear, concise technical documentation and reports in English.
  • Participate in team discussions, reviews, and on-site project activities.
Required Skills & Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering (recent graduate).
  • Excellent English communication skills — fluent in speaking, reading, and typing.
  • Strong ethical standards, discipline, and reliability.
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be available to work in office, 6 days a week.
  • Good understanding of:
  • Embedded system design and microcontrollers
  • Python programming
  • Basic electronics and control systems
  • PLC/HMI programming
