Instrumentation Specialist - Pipeline Operations

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of control instruments at SMSs, MVAs, Filter Separators, MPL Regulation setups, and Interconnection valves.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance of Ball Valves, Plug Valves.
  • Servicing and overhauling of Control Valves and regulators.
  • Greasing and servicing of Unicaps.
  • Oil level check and maintenance of Auto Actuated Valves.
  • Function check of remote operatable Actuated Valves with SCADA.
  • Repair or replace defective valves, control valves, Pressure Controller, and Gauges.
  • Calibration of Safety Valves, Pressure Gauges, and Pressure Controller in Section -IV.
  • Timely replacement of Filter Elements to supply quality gas to customers.
  • Maintenance/Cleaning of Scrubbers.
  • Ensure Pig Receiver and launcher assemblies are on standby position.
  • Installation and commissioning of new Main pipeline segments.
  • Configuration/Data Downloading of Flow Computer & Digital Pressure Recorder installed at various stations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Industrial Electronics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation.
  • Good command on installation and commissioning of regulations setup, maintenance of regulators, control valves, safety valves, flow computer, and transmitters.
